I brought my Harley in for some custom work to be done, including exhaust, handlebars, controls, etc. I met with Robin the owner who was more then helpful in telling me how long it would take, being that it was in the middle of their "busy season". The mechanics in the back also gave me great insight into what parts to get etc. after a few weeks the bike came out perfect, the staff are some of the most down to earth people you'll meet and make you feel like family, I highly recommend them for just about anything motorcycle related.

They're the only place to go in the hamptons to order motorcycle/dirtbike parts. The customer service is great and they're very helpful when trying to get parts and or fluids for your bike or scooter or quad. The owner Robin knows a lot about bikes and Scooters and helps to diagnose problems that you may have with your machine. They also give great deals on parts, you can find everything there for the same price as it is online if not cheaper.I read another review saying how they don't tell you pickup dates and that they have computer problems. The day you drop off your bike or scooter then generally tell you how long it takes and feel free to show up and ask if it's done if they don't call you. The other thing is that they do actually have computer problems so they weren't lying about that. I've been looking at a parts schematic when the computer randomly shut down and the man at the front desk said it happens 4-5 times a day. This store is an excellent place to purchase anything MotorSports related and is an excellent source of Motorsports knowledge. I highly suggest you check it out and shop there.

On a blazing hot inferno of a Sunday (July 21st, 2019), with an infant and a two-year old sleeping in the back seat, our SUV's a/c failed us. Baking in Hamptons traffic for 45 min with no rental car companies open & zero mechanics available, we found Robin and Erin's store. We arrived as they were about to close up shop for the day, but they took us in & stayed with us for 90 min while we cooled down/fed our children, and while we made arrangements with a local motel to ride out the heat wave into the evening. They gave us cold bottles of water, cool towels, activities to keep our older son occupied, and they examined our car's fuses/cooling system. And as critically, they provided comfort. If and when our sons are ready for bikes (or maybe just cool helmets & gloves!), we will be seeing them again. Some of the most caring and generous ppl we've ever met. Thank you.

Hampton MotorSports is run by an entire family from Technicians to Management and Ownership. They offer delivery, pickup, storage and service for the entire spectrum of items they sell and even ones they don't and they are always willing to order specialty items and parts you need and answer every question you can come up with! They also offer Dyno tuning and will store a holiday gift and deliver at Christmas! We love them, they make birthdays and holidays simple and exciting!
